CLINICAL CASE 1

CLASS II WITH DEEP BITE

This is a malocclusion in which, over time, wear of the incisors may occur due to the fact that the upper teeth cover the lower teeth excessively and the dental contact is not perfect (the upper teeth are far forward compared to the lower teeth).

CLINICAL CASE 2

CLASS III WITH CROWDING

This is a discrepancy in the sagittal position of the jaw bones in which the lower jaw is more prominent than the upper; in this specific case, there was more pronounced crowding in the lower arch.

CLINICAL CASE 3

AFFOLLAMENTO AND BIPROTUCTION

It is a malocclusion characterized by a marked degree of crowding of the dental elements and their proclined position.

CLINICAL CASE 4

SECOND CLASS WITH DEEP BITE

It is a malocclusion in which the upper teeth are far forwards compared to the lower ones and at the same time the upper teeth cover the lower ones significantly.

CLINICAL CASE 5

THIRD CLASS WITH BIPROTRUSION

It is a malocclusion in which the lower arch is predominant over the upper one, with crowding and protrusion of the teeth in both arches. The patient also presented an anomaly in the position of the lower second molars. The labial profile is affected by the incorrect position of the skeletal bases and teeth, and an improvement is noted after orthodontic treatment.

CASE STUDY 6

SECOND CLASS WITH CROSS BITE

It is a malocclusion in which the upper arch is positioned forward and has a contracted shape compared to the lower arch, and the lower teeth on the left side are positioned outside the upper ones.

CASO CLINICO 7

SECOND CLASS WITH ORAL INCOMPETENCE

This is a malocclusion in which the dental elements of the upper arch are positioned forward compared to the lower ones, this can affect labial competence, that is, the ability to close the lips without contracting the surrounding musculature.

CLINICAL CASE 8

CROSS BITE BILATERAL IN ADULT PATIENT WITH CROWDING

This is a malocclusion where the teeth of the lower arch are positioned externally relative to those of the upper arch on both sides. In children, these issues can be easily resolved with a treatment of upper jaw expansion; in adult patients, after a thorough study of the X-rays, it is possible to assess a skeletal-supported expansion of the maxilla.
